Questions Before You Buy

See Where You Stand, Then Move

Another assessment, another report. You read it once, file it away, and your week runs the same.

I built Momentum from 23 years in HR, leadership and coaching, to mirror how I work with a client in the room. You start by choosing the three areas of life that matter most to you now, and they become your three priorities. A few questions about you, a moment to breathe, then 120 questions on your last one to four weeks, about 20 minutes. Your profile is ready the moment you finish. Each area holds three pillars. The lowest is usually where a small shift moves most, and that is where the playbook helps you build an experiment.

The Assessment

120 statements, each answered from Almost Never to Almost Always, about your last one to four weeks.

Your Score

Capacity, from all 120 answers. This profile sits at 60%, Expanding: present and working, still maturing.

Your Archetype

This profile’s Archetype is Orchestrator: I create through others. Its Paradigm is Co-Creator: things happen through me.

Your Wheel

Every pillar at once, each petal as long as its score. Self-Expression leads this profile at 91%. Self-Determination trails at 29%.

Prioritise

Start with the lowest pillar in each area you chose. This profile: Surrender in Health, Purpose in Career, Self-Determination in Freedom.

Experiment

For 10 days: if I catch myself waiting to see what others want, then I write down my own decision first.

Integrate

Day 10: do your decisions feel more like yours? Then a workbook takes it deeper, or your next experiment starts.

It Felt Like Truth, Not a Report

The tool confirmed things I’d been sensing but couldn’t articulate. It’s helped me reconnect with myself.

Mental Health Professional

This didn’t feel like a diagnostic output, it felt like my truth brought to the surface.

Frequently Asked Questions

What do the words mean?

Your results open on four cards. Capacity is your overall score, the share of your potential that reaches your daily life. Your Archetype is the character you lead with, and your Paradigm the lens you see life through. Your Centre of Gravity is where your energy sits, between Performance, the doing, and Presence, the being. Each of the 30 pillars is scored from four of your answers, and every three make one of ten areas of life.

Can I get it wrong, and what if my score is low?

No. Answer for what has been true over your last one to four weeks, not the version of you that you would like to show. A low score tells you where to start.

Can I stop halfway?

Yes. The 120 questions are untimed. Close it when you need to: your answers are saved, and you pick up where you left off.

How long does an experiment run?

You choose 72 hours, 10 days or a month, and you can renew it. You set why you want it, the moment you tie it to, what is in the way and your move, and what you hope to gain. At the end you check your notes against that gain, then choose your next.

How do I go deeper?

Through the workbooks. They take what an experiment showed you from behaviour down to emotions and belief, at your own pace. Your Journal keeps what you write.

What is Momentum not?

Not a personality type: your archetype is read from your answers about your last one to four weeks. Not a 360: every score comes from your own answers, and each pillar is asked four ways, so you see where what you do and what you feel come apart. Not a report: it ends in an experiment you run and review.

Who sees my answers?

You do. Your answers and your profile are yours, not your employer’s, and I share neither without your consent.
