Who is it for?

Leaders who are done being stuck and want a coach on every experiment. First profile or tenth, we start from your own answers, not a template.

What happens in a session?

We take one priority and its experiment: what you tried, what got in the way, and what to change for the next round. You leave with your next step set.

I already have the profile. Can I add coaching?

Yes. Your $199 comes off Profile + Coaching, so you pay only the difference.

Who sees my answers?

You, and me for our sessions. Never your employer, and I share nothing without your consent.
